When you book a table, the departure time for the snowcat will be automatically assigned based on availability.

Once your request is received, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to proceed with the deposit payment through a personalized link for reservation confirmation (see below). Please ensure that the phone number associated with your reservation is active on WhatsApp.

For group bookings of more than 20 people, please refer to the dedicated section below and make the request only via WhatsApp.

During the winter season (currently, from December 6, 2024, to March 16, 2025), we are open every evening for dinner with our snowcat service, subject to availability.

Except for New Year’s Eve (we recommend visiting the dedicated section below), we offer a traditional à la carte menu (including Christmas dinner).

In the reservation form at the bottom of this page, you can find the available dates that have not already been exclusively reserved.

If there is no availability for the requested number of people or if the service is fully booked, you can still leave your details to be placed on the waiting list. You will be contacted via WhatsApp if a spot becomes available due to a change in reservation (within the allowed time frame).
Please note that being on the waiting list does not guarantee future booking confirmation.

At the time of your reservation request, to confirm the table and snowcat service, a non-refundable deposit of €30.00 per person (excluding infants) is required via a personalized online payment link. This deposit will be deducted from your final restaurant bill (plus snowcat transport).
THE RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED ONLY ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
The management reserves the right to cancel the reservation request if the deposit is not paid immediately, and the available spots for the requested evening are then filled.

The above information regarding the deposit does not apply to the New Year’s Eve dinner (December 31, 2024), where we require full prepayment. Please find the dedicated information below on this page.

The departure point for our snowcats is located at Loc. Fortini https://maps.app.goo.gl/gVzAnUvarBJofhWe6?g_st=ic.

The round-trip transfer costs €14.00 per person, for both adults and children (excluding infants), and is added directly to your final restaurant bill (payment can also be made using Visa, Mastercard, or PagoBancomat). There is an additional €10.00 fee for strollers, which must be communicated and arranged at the time of booking.

For space reasons on the vehicles, we kindly ask that you leave any non-essential equipment, such as strollers, in your car. Our restaurant provides high chairs, which can be requested when making the reservation. Similarly, medium to large-sized dogs are not allowed on our vehicles unless previously agreed upon and space is available.

Please note that the fixed cost of €14.00 per person will be automatically added to your restaurant bill based on the number of people in the reservation. This applies even if guests do not arrive or if there are changes to the reservation that are not communicated promptly.

Our transport service is exclusively by snowcats: enclosed, heated, and certified vehicles for passenger transport. Snowmobiles are not used.

With the reservation (confirmed only by the payment of the confirmatory deposit: see above) for the restaurant, the departure time for our snowcat service will be automatically assigned. Based on availability, the first ascent is at 6:45 PM, and the last descent is scheduled no later than 10:00-10:30 PM (the descent time may vary depending on the evening) to allow for piste preparation.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled departure time and confirm with our drivers that you are on the snowcats heading to Malga Montagnoli. All our vehicles are red, have a flashing light, and feature the Malga Montagnoli logo.

The departure point for the snowcats is at Loc. Fortini coming from Madonna di Campiglio, keep the Grostè cable car on your right and drive to the end of the parking lot. The departure location on Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/gVzAnUvarBJofhWe6?g_st=ic. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled departure time.

If you park your car in the Grostè parking lot (which is paid), please note that it is not managed by us and is not included in the cost of the dinner.

Your reserved table will be exclusively reserved for you throughout the evening. After dinner, while waiting for the snowcat to reach full capacity for the descent, you can remain comfortably seated at your table.

To allow for piste preparation, the last descent is scheduled no later than 10:00-10:30 PM (the descent time may vary depending on the evening).

The reservation request is automatically confirmed on our online payment page once the non-refundable deposit is made.
Similarly, if additional people are added to an already reserved table (subject to availability), a new payment link will be generated for the supplementary deposit.

Once the confirmatory deposit per person is paid, it is non-refundable.

If one or more guests from the same reservation fail to arrive without timely notice (for organizational reasons, by 10:00 AM on the same day – for the Christmas period 24/11-06/01 and all Saturday evenings, by 8:00 PM the previous day), the management reserves the right to retain the corresponding deposit amounts.

It is possible, subject to availability, to transfer the deposit to another date (within the current winter season: dinners are guaranteed until March 16, 2025), no later than 48 hours before the original reservation. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained, even in the event of bad weather, as our dinner service is guaranteed (see dedicated section below).

The Evening is GUARANTEED EVEN IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER: In winter, in the mountains, snowfall is a common occurrence. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you check in advance for any possible chain requirements on the roads, as well as potential traffic delays caused by adverse weather conditions, especially if you are not staying in Madonna di Campiglio.

Our Malga is located at an altitude of 1800 meters.

The departure point for our snowcats is just a few meters from the parking lot and is located on the snow, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear. As for the rest, winter attire suitable for an evening outing is enough. Our snowcats are enclosed and heated, and they will bring you just a few meters from the restaurant entrance.
